Title: Climbing Matroosberg in cold wintery conditions
Post by: Robin Brown on July 08, 2013, 06:42:02 am
The past weekend saw
hurricane winds, snow and ice on Matroosberg. Saturday night spent out on the summit in the Ski club hut where the inside temperature never exceeded 4 degrees C.

We were across the N1 at the old Matroosberg station, and saw the white cap. Robin, have you thawed yet?
