The only place for an E-Tag on a bike is for the rider to stick it where a suppository normally goes.....

We do not have this problem in Cape Town. If we did I would not buy one.

You better hope the Gautengies don't buckle under a bit of pressure and start buying tags, otherwise it'll soon be your problem too!

Some 700 000 bought tags, but most are companies and fleet owners, hire car co's

N1 looked quite full today, so lots of work for SANRAL and SAPO. Let's see them screw it up! Already heard of people being pulled over and being threatened by sanral goons to sign up. No legal reason to do so, so no chance from me!

Get ready for it...!

Sanral intends tolling ALL urban highways in ALL metro areas.
If they succeed in getting the Gauteng motorist to kneel,
they will push for the model to be adopted everywhere in ZA.

Bought my E-Tag and registered yesterday!

Bought it so I can claim my toll fees through my company.

Could someone please give me some advise on how to mount it on my bike [R1200GS]. Can I stick it on the inside of my windscreen at the bottom? It says in the instructions that it needs to be on a angled surface like a car windsreen - is the angle of my 1200's windscreen acceptable?

On top of your helmet or on the tread of your rear wheel.

You should have asked for the biker bracket, it is free and comes with a magnetic clamp around your handle bar and the tag fits into a small leather pouch also provided. You can also put the pouch on you tank if it is a metal tank. Go back to a publick service station

Also claim from my company. Keep it in my jacket pocket. Works fine.
