Title: e- toll proxy "handovers"
Post by: XT JOE on December 23, 2013, 03:19:05 pm
Not having read all comments here (will check it out) but getting a bit worried as this sm du toit id6505000000000000 comes up with lots of fines and now this e toll as well is getting to me a bit. Looking at the e mail its got a reference number but no vehicle or place details. Who sold my ass and gave them my e mail address and cell phone number because its not on the liscence documents. We have a few trucks delivering through JHB from CT.

They have phoned a few times and asked when we are going to register. Our standard answer - we are attending to it in the first call and there after- your people phoned yesterday and as explained we are tending to it. Other chums in similiar possitions are also hanging to see what falls out the tree.

Any other proxy's with comments/experiences

assuming you don't have a vehicle using the Gauteng toll roads, I would simply tell them to farkoff - let them sort it out

that's right - don't let them lay their problem on you.

bills are pilling up, pretty decent invoice with photos front/back and top, pity they could not use it for something decent

Doesn't make sense ??

How come you, who stays in the WC?, get invoices with photos, etc and I, with multiple vehicles, living in GP get bugger all?

Guess I'm just lucky  :thumleft: :thumleft:

I read somewhere that a website paymyfines (I think) gave data to etolls. That's where they got all the cell phone numbers
