Is there any difference between a 90/90 21" and a 3.00 - 21" tyre?
-
3.00-21 is an older inch size standard. +- 3 inches wide with 100 aspect ratio for 21 inch rim. A 90/90-21 is a low profile tire more than 3 inches wide, aspect ratio 90 (sidewall height % of width) for a 21 inch rim.
In other words the 90/90-21 is slightly wider with a lower profile for the same size rim

Many thanx for the info. Based on tyre size conversions I found on the interweb, these two sized tyres are interchangeable.
