Aparently you can take this thing apart like a normal bicycle and load it into your cars boot.

Imagine the jonkershoek mountain single tracks with this thing?

Think one can fit this into a pannier set?! >:D

The Derby bikes form part of the Piagio group (vespa, cagiva etc.) so I would assume that the models that are currently available in S.A are quite expensive. They do however look like decent quality, small calibre (50 - 125 cc) fun bikes.

Is that Tricker available in SA yet, and for how much is it going?

Tricker is 116kg, trials bike +- 64kg...

I can't imagine that the tricker is anywhere near as fun a toy as a trials bike

They had one at AMID and the dude there said it would cost 60K+ if they were to bring it in  :o They apparently had it on show to "test the waters". To me, it was the best bike on show and the only I took a pic of.

I agree! I absolutely loved it. Strange thing, he told me R30K-R40K selling price? ??? Still too much for a 250 though.

I like that Derbi. Lift or drag it over rocks, rivers and fences. 40kg would have been better. The Tricker - buy a KTM 200 or KDX 200 and be done with it.
