and KiLeSA for the tip about going to S. South for a trade-in price.
As I had to work, MacDuff took my bike around to Kawa and Suzuki
South to ask about a trade-in price.

Kawa dealership here offered me R13,500 as trade-in  :scratch:
and Rob at S.South offered me R20,000  :D

My new bike will be ready for me on Monday  :wink:

Suzi South just gets better and better in my boooks.. Havent heard one bad thing bout them. Thats great!

Hmm, are the C model wheels the same?
And the front forks are better...

Can you say parts bike.

R6,500 is a fair amount of difference. I bet you the oke was told ...one carefull lady owner never been offroad :D

The deal was done today, and I was pretty impressed with the shop, and
Rob seems a nice guy....Not too chatty like a salesman  :D

Colour is green, and I will be getting it on Tuesday.

Will ride the bike for a year, and after that, will be looking at the
upgrades KiLeR and Shark have mentioned. Did buy a Givi topbox at
the same time.

Maverick.....thanks to the previous owner, things got a little too
expensive and unreliable for me.

Shark, I do know the breaks on the Cmodel were great. Had to do a
couple of emergency stops, and they worked perfectly. Not too sure
about the wheels....they look the same though. :roll:
