Most of the known issues over time!
Fuel pump twice. Last one is an aftermarket sourced from Fuel Performance in East London http://fuelperformance.co.za/ (http://fuelperformance.co.za/)
Water pump seals, fork seals and head end bearings @ 61000
Starter clutch @ 62000
Clutch replaced @ 73000 and rear shock started leaking at the same time, so had Hilton service it.

other than that just the normal maintenance and consumables.  :thumleft:
I must say, this is by far my favorite bike ever. grin factor on this thing...  :drif:

So this weekend is major service time!
I got some nice shims from akaGoliath and service kit from RAD.

I'll even through in a nice wash...

Service from this MONSTER has been impeccable with lots of smiles/mile.
Thanx you unholy bastard  :thumleft: :thumleft:

Well now Blender,

that's a mileage which I hadn't expected - compliment for the bike but surely also for you, you must look after it.
What oil you use, and what service intervals you adhere to?

Thanx!  :thumleft:

I'm doing oil and filters every 5000km, and check valves every 10k. following the maint schedule religiously.
I've switched over to Motul 300V 15W-60 @ 75k. At that stage she was using about 500ml every 2500km.
After I've switched over to Motul, the oil consumption stopped and the clutch feels a lot better.

We're sitting on 98k at the moment, but she needs a head job.  ;D
I'll take her to one of the KTM workshops to have the piston, head, timing chain, tensioner, etc. replaced.
I might even attempt to do the job myself, but it looks like there is quite a few custom tools needed in the process.

I have to say this bike will probably never be replaced. LOVE it!
SWAMBO calls her "the BITCH"  :imaposer:
