Title: Suspension Settings
Post by: krokonoster on July 18, 2017, 03:23:14 pm
Hi,

Sorry if this was discussed already (I must be blind then)

I use my bike offroad a lot.  Got the suspension on 2 riders for extra height (not sure if good idea, guy at park suggested it)

But not sure about the difference Soft / Normal / Hard make (got it on Hard right now)?

Which is better for offroading over rocks, bumps, sand and the likes?

Cheers,
K

Hi krok,

Is your bike a LC model? If yes, ride it with 1-up if only you are on the bike. Mode = Enduro Pro. Suspension setting = personal preference for Soft, Normal, Hard.

LC yeah.  All settings as you recommended there.

Guess I'm too noobish off road to notice any difference between soft/normal/hard.

Me too, I don't feel a difference.  :o

But 1-up and Enduro Pro works for me, with suspension on Hard. With pillion, I use 2-up.

On the old 1200 GSA's it was recommended to ride with the 2-up/luggage option as standard, but the LC suspension is MUCH better.
