Title: Crossing Borders along the eastern route to Egypt
Post by: SydneyAds on October 16, 2019, 07:14:30 am
Hello All,

I'm about to start a solo trip through Botzwana, Zambia, Malawi and Tanzania.

I have an Australian-registered KLR650.

As for paperwork, I have a CDP, international diving licence, my bikes Australian Registration, passports (UK and Australia), and Green Slip (compulsory Australian Insurance).  I will be getting visas at the borders.

Can anyone tell me a good process for crossing the borders?  As in, what is the "best practice" way of planning and crossing, to make the process as quick and easy as possible...

Looking forward to having some great stories to share on the forums  :sip:
