Talk to Chris @zebra - Flying Brick . They used mine for the templates and not sure if they’re in the manufacturing stage currently, but first set came out very nice.

He also does crash bars. :thumleft:

thanks, Kobus -
yes, they have been COMPLETED, but are somewhere inside the Couriers warehouse, awaiting the end of lock-down!they came out very nicely indeed, with an in-built fuel or water-carrying 'rail' on either side, which does double-duty as a heat shield, or triple duty a additional crash protection, too!
Should have them a day or two after re-opening, and that should hopefully be the 17th April!
Will dig around for a pic or two, and then post here...
Cheers, Chris

pictures now attached.
1st pic is of the pannier rack design WITHOUT the fuel rail in place.
3rd pic is of the finished KTM 640 pannier rack (1-side only shown...)
2nd pic is of how the pannier rack (here shown on a 990...) can carry fuel and/or water, 5L fuel cell or water cell, if needed, retails for R450 incl each.
additional fuel cell mounting brackets available, will post those separately.
More later/after lock-down ends.

@zebra - I would also be interested in these racks. Anything that bolts to a 640 adv will also bolt to my 625 (just about anything anyway)
