Title: Angola Trip
Post by: Norman walker on August 10, 2020, 09:38:51 pm
Hey guys

Im planning a 2 week trip to Angola when everything back to Normal. Not much information about places of interests but think i would like to visit the below places.
Serra Da Leba Pass
Tundavala Gap
Kalandula falls
Namibe Flamingo Bay
I would love to see tiger Bay

Anyone have some good spot to recommend that I should not miss?

Thanks

Norman

HI

Thanks ill send him a PM. Im undecided what bike i want to use. It will be between my XT660Z and KTM990adv. Iv only had the KTM for a few months now and haven't done a big trip with it yet so might want to use it for this.

Either bike would be fine.

Coming from Flamingo  -  a must - is a south ride, and you get to Baia dos Tigres before the "narrow do it only at spring tide" section.

For most of the way it is a throttle wide open ride - there is one rocky section to be negotiated, at times and depending on the tide, it can be more exposed to the extend that a 4x4 can't do it, but on a bike it shouldn't be an issue. (I havn't seen it like that though)
