Title: KTM640 Starter Clutch
Post by: Bakkie on March 25, 2009, 03:46:28 pm
I finally managed to break open my piggy bank and decided to spoil my orange monster with a new front rim  ;D which will arrive tomorrow.

I am also getting my starter clutch done but my local KTM guy can't get a hub for the starter clutch and have back ordered one from Austria.

Does anybody have a starter clutch hub lying around that they dont use????

Part number 58440020079

Difficult one, Bakkie. A total shot in the dark - try Alfie Cox....if you want I can call them for you.

Bakkie

A silly question but while your orange beast is taking a rest could you take a measurement off it for me.

I would like to know the length of the front forks from top of steering head to centre of axle

Would appreciate it if you could measure it
