I need to set my KTM 640 Adv. 97 mod. valve clearance/tappet(12 000km).Have a bit off loose tappet noice.Does anybody know what the correct clearance is? I'm not a complete idiot with mecanical stuff but first attempt at doing it on a bike,so any help would be nice. Would be doing it this weekend.

Intake: .15mm
Exh:   .15mm
If you set them and they are quiet for a while, and then start again, check the inlet, if that is out again, then the roller bearing on the inlet rocker is fucked.I have seen it happen plenty. If you get it early enough you can just change the little bearing, otherwise it kills the rocker and the cam.
