Ok guys lets see your favourite pic you took yourself of someplace in Southern Africa. It does not have to include a bike.

I have a couple, Sunrise at Mosselbaai.

Those are really swell DD but they are much to big to fit onto my screen.
I think they will be better appreciated if I we didn't have to scroll around and assemble a mental image - they don't have to be big to be good after all... :)

I don't know what is going on, all my pics are resized but for some reason some of them stay small and the others are huge ? Same with my trip reports, they are all resized to the same scale but some are bigger than others !

You have resized it in KB i.e. made it web friendly but the actual size needs to be scaled down to 640 x 480 pixels. Your's is way bigger than this. Hope it helps

I took this one evening with my phone while myself and Lootch went playing. Must of been the most spectacular sunset I have seen in England and it sort of brought a somber message to my mind that the summer was over.

Thanks tsiklonaut! Now you ruined it for the rest of us. There is no way I can top the artistic and technical qualities of your pics. You've put my best efforts to shame.
I may as well give up photography now...

Margus, you are still the king here with your travel pics.

For those that do not knoiw Margus's work, he takes most of his pics with very old Russian (read cold war period) equiptment, but ask him yoiurselves about how he gets these shots set up.

Great one buddy.

Not sure this counts..... was bloody cold yesterday, went to Canterbury for most of the day.
This is at Canterbury Cathedral gate...... taken from the hip, as a self portrait.

Good pics guys!

I think the images only can't be measured by their quality, important part is the story behind them as well. Guys here have posted some very good stuff.

Grizz: chillout man, me just a regular bloke, NOT a pro photographer! :)

People in Iran are fantastic. Parked my bike into carpet shop, just 15 metres away from the main Imam mosque in Isfahan.

The Blue Mosque in Istanbul, Turkey - just check those details, amazing build quality.

And that's me, in the mystical Zero-G spot ;) in the Elborz mountains, North-Iran

Hey boys and girls, remember if you wanna enter a pic for our competition and annual calender    do it here -  http://wilddogtours.co.za/forum/viewforum.php?f=5

Post as many old pics as you want in that thread - for Jan and Feb.  Only one per trip after that for each month, except if you have two GREAT ones on one trip - but expect to be severly scrutinised by these critical, though appreciative forum members

See Macduffs proposal at the sticky in the 'Interesting Places' section

These are Heidenau K60. They are 1 size smaller (the height stays the same tho) than stock size (140/100).

Bloody fantastic tires for the price. They have similar capabilities as TKC80 on gravel and tarmac, maybe they'll loose a bit in dirt, but not much, but the main thing is that they are 2-3 times cheaper than TKCs! And they last longer as well.

Mine front did 20,000+km (still some thread left) and rear 18,000+km and that was two up, full of luggage! If soloing they'll do much more. Again, incredible tires they are for their price...

Try 'em.
