I recently started mucking about with HDR too.
Here are some of my first attempts, using the demo version.
Guess it's time to get the real thing.

very nicley done, you tone mapping in PhotoMatrix and masking stuff back in photoshop or just in PM?

Couple of hotspots there in the last pic, N[]va.  :D

I absolutele agree, isiTututu. One should keep it subtle. It was my first attempts so I was playing around.
Very nice pic of the V & A that.

N[]va I used about 3 to 5 jpg's in Photomatix and did slight Photoshop afterward. Didn't bother removing the obvious lens flare in the last two. In the last pic the clouds also moved although I shot in rapid succession. The wind was howling.

I'm not a fan of HDR at all, because everytime I look at a HDR picture, I keep on thinking that it could have looked much better in its simple and natural non-blended form.  But it's purely a personal preference.

I agree, but the pic you have posted if very much "trippy" I like the ones where you struggle to telll its a HDR pic unless you know what to look for
