Title: Bike License

hi

i must get a bike license as quick as possible , firstly need to get a learners license , how do i go about this? apparently you cant phone in anymore and that you need to go to a licensing center for this?

and then i must go on some training for the actual bike license, does anyone know of any training schools in east rand? and also how much does it cost per session?
