Title: Dyno Tuning a 640??

is there anyone in durban who can do this well?
Have any other 640 owners nationwide done this & if so was it worth it?
after fitting a leo vince pipe & ceramic coating headers, should I consider this upgrade to improve the jetting/tuning?
Im a bit in the dark here, any advice would be appreciated  :thumleft:

did mine (many years ago) after fitting genuine KTM performance pipe at Superbike solutions in Somerset West.

we stripped off all the enviro crap and jetted.

Massive difference from low down grunt to top end. Fuel consumption suffered a bit, last of my problem and on really hot, dry days it was a tad rich and had a fuel smell.

had no reliability issues, the guy i sold it to still wringing the hell out of it and the bike just keeps going!

kept the graphs somewhere, will see if i can find and post.

bear in mind this was in 2003 or 4, the pipe was near R10k and the dyno with new jets etc was about R1200 or so.

where the hell did u get the headers? i only bought a jet kit, have  full acro on, much better.. but now get 390-420max km on a tank...

The headers are original, had them ceramic coated at powercote, they have branches around SA
