Quicksure - can pm you the number if you want. My 800 insured for 74k and premium R480

Just arrived back home after I took my bike to Denver at BlingKing for the Wilbers progressive spring upgrade.  Unfortunately light was fading fast so I decided to take the N1 all the way to Pinaarsriver then hit the gravel from there back to the farm.  As usual the tar was long and boring and only noticed a slight difference that it is definitely stiffer.  Then came the gravel...  Oh boy, immediately everything changed, felt like a different bike!  Before I even noticed I was doing 140 which felt like 110.  It soaks up the bumps and humps WAY better and think I still have a grin on my face!   :ricky:
As said somewhere else on the forum, a new F800GS for only R1572.   :deal:
Only did about 45km of gravel with it yet, but I'm sold and can definitely recommend!   :thumleft:

Het 32000km nou op.  Steering head bearing vervang onder waarborg so 15000km terug. Doen donderdag die Wilbers progressive springs by Denver in Rivonia.  Verder is daar geen klagtes nie, awesome bikes!   :thumleft:

Lekker trippie daardie!   :thumleft:  Het hom self laasjaar die tyd goedoen, goeie tye!

Gister my 30 000km diens gedoen:

Oil change, engine, with filter
Tappet cover gasket replaced
Brake fluid replaced

Definitely do-able, but why take the risk, and why put your new bike through a full day of hard riding  ???  I got a brand new 650GS as a loan bike today, very nice!   :thumleft:  But that screen is low and you will take some serious hammering from the wind especially if you're not used to it.
