vandat ek Fuchs Silkolene 10W40 in het, is my ratkas 100% gladder
Hierdie een?
https://www.silkolene.com/motorcycle/4-stroke-engine-oils/comp-4-10w-40-xp/
Julle sal nie spyt wees na n oorskakeling na Fuchs toe nie. Google wie die groot handelaars in jul omgewing is en koop direk. Fuchs is baie skaars op bikeshop rakke. My hele werf loop op Fuchs. Van diesel tot petrol. :deal:

Ek hardloop my GS nog heeltyd op Motul 7100 10w60, grotendeels omdat ek nog nie die Fuchs in die hande kon kry nie.
Sal maar weer probeer rond kyk.
https://www.fuchs.com/za/en/products/service-links/distributor-or-dealer-search/

Kyk of die site jou kan help.
Ek koop myne in Mosselbaai by n groot olie handelaar.

Not at the cost of killing/injuring other people on the roads and the passengers. :deal:
Have you got an idea how much taxi accidents are costing the economy?

these guys are taking risks, because they can and because there is no consequences.

As many other offences on our roads like double white line overtaking that is becoming the norm. :deal: :(

An old Mack truck with big bullbar every morning in traffic with a saddistic driver would sort this type of road abuse out quickly :deal:

apart from hitting a donkey...but that's another story)

the newer AT would not survive a donkey hit ;)

Any bike with a computer these days can brake down so that you will be stuck without agents.
Me I prefer big aircooled. No radiator, waterpump and stuff like that that can stop a trip.

I had mine done at 70 000 and now at 89 000. Was cheap and good job was done. Will do it again if universals go again.

I sent it to PE Propshafts and Wikus is the man to speak to at 041 487 3702.

Note this is just for the replacement of the universals. Most people if one says shaft think it means bearings and everything.
Bearings fall under FD and shaft is the thing inside the swingarm. Two different componants.

General Technical / Re: Barkbusters- risk of causing injury
« on: September 18, 2018, 10:16:39 am »
Ettienne in the forum broke wrists I think with a set.

But motorcycles also has the possibility to cause injury and death in general - I would not worry to much about it.
He could go over the bars and break his neck OR his hand can get in the spokes and be severed. If we had control over our falls we'd all get up and dust off and ride again.
Unfortunately falls are not controlled and anything can happen.
Barkbusters are there to protect hands and fingers against rocks and branches and levers.

Have her sit on a BMW 650/700 twin to get the feel of the weight and height. Think she will like it.
Those twins can do moderate dirt easy and on tar run with the bigger bikes at 120-140 all day long and is very light on fuel.

And it's removable from the base without having to take the straps and all off?
The whole tankbag comes off when you take it off. It has no base. 100% waterproof.
