Some drivers can learn about sportsmanship from our own Giniel. We done sir, well done.

From MCH Photo, via FB:
True sportsmanship
"Just to explain what happened. The guy on the bike fell down in the feshfesh and did not put the sentinel on (I read somewhere he was sayin it did not work). Giniel could not see anything as there was lot of dust and just arrived and jumped on his bike. They took it out after like 10 minutes and the guy on the bike continued. As far as I know, as I read on the bikers` post - Giniel and Dirk met him at a petrol station later on (this was only 5km to the finish of the stage) and told him to come to them in the bivouac. They sent him to KTM factory team to take anything he needs for the bike and that they would cover that. So he did so and he finished the race."

It isn’t actually difficult, not much different to a bicycle. I had to learn, quickly, before I lowered the suspension on my XC.

Start order is in reverse today. Gerry’s going to lead a stage, and every last one of the riders better salute him as they go past.

Steady now Gerry, it’s the music lap.

(That’s what we used to say to riders leaving on the last leg of Fauresmith, a 200km, 3 day horseback endurance ride. The last leg was around 27km, and they play Chariots of Fire for each and every rider as they finish. It’s an awesome feeling. Falling out on the last leg is pretty kak, hence the advice to take it gently on the “music lap”)

Toby Price wins stage 13!
Two days after his first victory on the rally, Toby Price has grabbed a second success on the way to Córdoba on completion of a stage he has led from almost start to finish. Kevin Benavides has finished the day in second place, 2’03’’ behind, and therefore keeps second place in the general standings ahead of the Australian.

Yo, exciting times.
Well done Mr Coma if he has made it more of a navigation challenge and less of a WRC style WOT race.

Thank you Steve; did you paint the bottom section of your screen black, and/or the headlight guard, or did you create a plastic insert as described by Jughead?

I bought a cover which was matt black, one that fitted between the top of the headlight guard and the dash. So it just blicked off the area where the glare was coming through.  :thumleft:

And about time too! The original Camelman has enabled plenty riders to play, him getting to play is long overdue.
