This I believe is a Marbled Reed Frog - Hyperolius marmoratus.

With the compliments of WIKIPEDIA:
The Marbled Reed Frog or Painted Reed Frog (Hyperolius marmoratus) is a species of frog in the Hyperoliidae family. It is found in Malawi, Mozambique, South Africa, Swaziland, Zimbabwe, possibly Botswana, possibly Lesotho, and possibly Tanzania. It occurs in a wide range of natural habitats, including forest, savanna, shrubland, grassland, rivers, swamps, and freshwater lakes, intermittent freshwater lakes. It coexists well with humans, and is also found in, pastureland, rural gardens, and urban areas. Its range appears to be expanding to the winter rainfall area of the Western Cape.[1][2]
