I was looking for a wiring diagram and then I came across this site:

This has the repair and parts manuals for the 690s from 2007 up to and including 2014. Wiring diagram is also there. Available in English, German, French, Italian and Spanish so take your pick. Was no need to sign in/up. Downloaded the ones I needed and it works like a charm. Thought I share this with interested parties.

I dont have a 690, might not have one in the future but I'm researching this bike and another one so this will come in handy to look at how easy or difficult fixing it will be.
