J - bay for breakfast. Nine old farts, One at least (not me) scorched Van Stadens Pass like someone who has raced on it every weekend of his life, and midweek too.

The bunch of errant cyclists who gave me a skrik must have vloeked him rotten.  :o  :eek7:

Went for a quick ride this morning to go look at some paths the other side of Nagle dam that I had seen on Google Earth.

On Saturday I did a 480km ride to the magnificent Cederberg & back.
