Pragtige fotos!

I have an old Blade 350 QX quadcopter with GoPro
Flying it with Spektruk DX6i
Not so great, maybe I'm the problem

Been looking at the DJI Spark for a few weeks now

Just bit the bullet and ordered, will have it this afternoon

Hope it meet my expectations

I also have a spark.  In my opinion you do not need anything more for taking decent pictures.  For videos this one might fall a bit short, but have seen some nice work done in the right person's hands.  I quite enjoy mine!  Go see some of my (amateur) pics here:  http://www.wilddog.za.net/forum/index.php?topic=202186.msg4233622#msg4233622

DJI products are super slick, the only issue I have with the Spark is flight time.  For normal social use the 1080P 30fps is fine.
So get a few batteries.

+100 on the extra batteries.  On average I get about 12mins of flight time out of one battery.  Sometimes that is just not enough to get that shot you want.

EDIT:  Removed my photos because I do not want to be arrested by the Drone Police.

I have 3 batteries and I would prefer another 3. I can charge three of them in my vehicle while flying with other three.

Parrot Anafi - Won it in a Facebook competition, believe it or not. Thought it was a hoax, but apparently some of them are real...  :imaposer:

As a matter of interest, did the shop where you purchased your drone explain the rules and regulations? Or at the very least, give an idea that drone use is regulated by the Civil Aviation Authority and explain where to find information?

Bought from a wilddog.

They have the rules on their website, but I don't think they give you a lecture on rules when buying :)

My motto is: " Don't do stupid stuff and you will be fine" Have not seen any drone police around. ;D

I honestly had no idea that you're not supposed to fly the drone outside line of sight. Only found some of the regulations after being "informed" by concerned citizens.  ;D

Did my own research beforehand, which I think anyone buying a proper drone (note 'proper', not a Checkers special) should do regarding the do's and don'ts when flying drones (or UAV's as they are referred to).

But to answer your question - No.  Specialized shops might, but I bought mine off takealot, no questions asked.

My motto is: " Don't do stupid stuff and you will be fine" Have not seen any drone police around. ;D
Unfortunately it only takes one idiot to ruin everybody's fun.
