2015 r1200 LC Battery code

Hi Gents and Gentesses

Could someone confirm if a YTX 14-BS is the correct battery7 code, ive seen a few different codes around and unsure of which one is right

Yip, that is the correct one.  Early models had the YTX12-BS but would recommend that you stick to the 14-BS

Also, the aftermarket batteries are about 3cm or so higher than the BMW original battery. You'll need to take out the polystyrene piece below the BMW battery in order to fit in the new battery.
