Putsonderwater. There's a (fairly recent) ride report that shows it to be only a dis-used railway siding with abandoned houses all around.

26° 0'11.45"S 31° 4'20.42"E from Google Earth
An abandoned (asbestos) mine town, complete with golf course, etc.
We rode through there last year.
