The height of your seat?

Ek is 1,83m lank wat 6ft is. 'n Kennis van my het nou vir hom die 650 X-Country gekoop en die sitplek hoogte is meer as my 650GS.
Is daar 'n manier hoe ek my fiets kan hoer stel?
