No not by a long shot, it's running like a charm, I'm wanting to change sprockets and it's due for it's oil change and service. I'm also thinking of changing sprocket's and chain, that's why I asked, need all that technical info :thumleft:

Wanting to change the front sprocket size maybe 1 tooth bigger just to give it a little more speed over distance ;)

Thanks again for that m. I have offered to copy it for bb, but he wants pdf, so. . . If you boys are willing to wait a few days i will scan it. Might take a while cos it's quite thick. Pm me if you want the pdf format.

Scanning such a thick document to pdf is normally a problem and you end up with a massive file.

Let us know if you get it right.

I'm copying and scanning at the mo. Will also try to optimise it to make it smaller.

yup, it's a whopper of a file.

216 pages ends up in pdf as a 13mb file. i can winzip it with version 10 to 10mb....... could install version 12 and compress even more if you have it, otherwise 13mb it will have to be.....

surely this is ok, if it is sent to a gmail or similar type of address that can take such a high volume file?

You could also use the free SendBigFile service at http://free.mailbigfile.com/index.php?referer=www  :mwink:

Just need to know the precipitant's e-mail address

Does anyone perhaps have a Service Manual for this bike..?

I bought my son one to use while I'm over here..... he needs to get the oil changed and a basic service done.
Would appreciate any pointers?

Me!

Will check if I still have it on PDF... might have sent it to Chopperpilot...

Otherwise I will just scan relevant pages and email it to you.

I don't have it on PDF... I remember photocopying all 200 odd pages and binding it and then sending it to Chopperpilot...

Will scan the general maintenance chapter for you and mail it... OK?
