Thanks for the pics Blazes,
So yesterday I just start washing my bike and my phone rings, KiLRoy is lonely as he is "home alone" the week-end, and he needs some buddies to help him braai. No problem, I just get all my riding kit on, and drive over to his house for a braai after the rugby, and I will just sleep over, ready for my ride to Bela Bela this morning.
Eish, I got to his house, and Raka was there already and the beer was flowing!! So we made a big night of it, with BOER also coming over for a few cold ones on their way back from Soccer City.
The beer was flowing, the fire was going and the music was pumping. A few arm-wrestling matches took place and we all just a very lekker "harde" kuier sessie.
This morning I was not feeling to well, and with over 450km of dirt riding ahead of me, was was not a happy chappie. At least KilRoy looked worse than me and I did not even see Raka

I arrived at the meeting point and as I stopped my foot-peg came loose, one of the bolts came loose and fell out. Luckily Blazes lives close by and he went home to get a similar size bolt. After some adjustment and some Pratley Steel, the foot-peg was good as new and we were off.
5 of us hit the roads north,
Knopkop - X-Challenge
Blazes - Husky 610
O-Range - 990R
cistone - 1200GS
Mario - 800GS
cistone was on his first ever dirt ride, and he did great! We took some very good dirt and some tar all the way to Rust de Winter, then a very nice water crossing, and then one of the best 2-spoor tracks I have ever done, man it was so nice, a little sandy, very twisty with a few nice "humps", absolute heaven!!
Lots more open dirt highways all the way to Bela Bela for some lunch and then on towards Klipvoor dam, and back via Pienaarsriver.
All in all 460km for the day and spent with great company.
Thanks guys!!!
