In 2008 i did a 4 month trip from CT to Cairo ( Actually Alexandria ) in a Landcruiser.
I recently went thru my photo's and deceided these were the kind of roads made for a DS Bike
.
Please excuse the fotos with the cage.

Tough one , but i did it with R 35 k in the cruiser.
This excludes my carnet de passage and shipping the cruiser back.
My only advice i ever give is do a Cairo to Cape Town....just makes more sense, believe me
