I like it, simple & straight forward like the adventure rider sticker, the "ADV" no frill & nonsense & everyone knows what it represents........but no ears please, it's a dog, not Mickey Mouse.

You can always rinse the surface
but the stain will remain.

That idea with the wheel reminds me too much of this sign. so I think we should forget about the one  with the wheel round the outside

I like The_Wes' idea. But then we must keep the sticker round too. No use having a square sticker with something round inside. Capiche?

Round stickers fit in easier in any limited space (cos they're round, stupid!). Squares look funny in trapesoidal or assimetrical shapes (like tanks/radiator shrouds/ helmets).
Square stickers also come off easier -- have sharp courners that are more prone to peeling off or get snagged by an object rubbing over it.

the design idea of the wheel should obviously conform with the shape of the sticker ;)

Wes, what about a footprint with tracks going over it ?? Almost like the wheel imprint.

Here are two samples I quickly compiled using the same base as origin.   These two images need a bit of additional "cleaning up" in the shadows, etc, but the idea is there.

Look, someone else, Goosepilot, methinks, has already made the very valid point with regards to simplicity.

So what about a simle white round sticker with the paw (which, really is our "logo") in the middle in black or dark brown? We could have the URL in SMALL lettering circling the edges of the sticker. Or not.

Keep It Simple, Stoopid

We want the logo (paw) and we want visibility. No clutter. Think Nike. Think Yamaha's tuning forks. Think Sanlam's hands. Old Mutual's anchors. Think simple.

I have asked one of our designers to come up with something for me.

I'll post it early tomorrow.

He want 2 beers. I say 2 Castles, he sez Stella.  >:(

Your idea of taking the logo for the sticker was/is my first choice - set of two -one on a white background, one on a transparent one - both round

Something like this mr Jacko?  Four basic colours used. No clutter. . Also very plain and common. However, I do not agree with any sticker/logo that have the wording circling the sticker ... man was not designed to read in circles.  If you want it simple, keep the lettering normal!!
