15 days, 7200km - A great deal of this (I know for a fact at least 1500+ km's on gravel highways and another 300+ on quite technical terrain)
Problems? None except my own stupidity. I did not know how to use/engage the speed control.
Fuel consumption:  16km/l (hard riding) Total of R5200  :o
Back tyre still good for another 1500km – Bike has got 8400km on the clock
Falls…….none on the move, but a couple while standing still(stopping on incline or embankment and no ground under left foot) That has cost me a left mirror…not to bad (the hand guards are really strong, trust me on this)

Where is the Triumphs sweet spot? On a gravel highway at 100 to even 140 (I have seen 150at tines) without getting nervous.  On the hard black stuff her g spot is at 150km/h
If I write this bike off, with what wil I replace her?
Only one of the following three: Triumph, Triumph or a Triumph!!  :laughing4:

I avaraged 480 km's a day, some days I did not ride....At least 2 of them! Longest day in the saddle: 960km. The longest leg (mentally) of the trip - PE to Margate in one go, 737Km....the only k@k day except for the high speeds corners through the Transkei!!  :thumleft:

Will I do another trip like this again>>>>Of course Pappie, bring it on!  :laughing4:

Wanneer is jy terug in SA weer, sal graag wil ontmoet.

Ek ry daai standaard bande op n goeie grond oppervlak (gravel high way) maklik 140+....lekker.
