Parys Dome Winter Night Ride

Just a quick recap on yeterday's night ride. We met at Parys Adventure Lodge and went for a quick day ride in the Vredefort area to warm up before the night ride. A few coffees later when it was completely dark we left for the night ride.

Bikes, full moon, dirt roads and good company: now that is what makes for an unforgettable night.

We were all quite prepared and layered against the cold and had a great ride. Almost 90km at night,  under a beautiful cloudless winter sky. The ride went without a hitch and we even met up with the non-bike riders at a vantage point to appreciated the night view.
