Well, I made it .......just

That was a ride to remember - took us 4 hours to do 1 lap of 55ks. Now I see why the real roof is so difficult and why they all use 2-strokes.

That was real dual-sport riding - Half single/no spoor riding and the rest was in your face ROCKS!!!!

Not a place to be if you're scared of heights.

A big thanks to Kobus for that water when I came in - you have no idea how much I needed that....... :thumleft:

Can't wait for next year.......

haha, you must be joking, only managed a bronze

With a lighter bike I could get a silver but gold needs some serious skills and fitness - things Im not gonna get at my age...... :'(

I opted out after 35k's--- i was just to tired to hold the bike upright. If it was not for my son that rode my bike out at a few places, i would still be there. Got a serious wake up call concerning my fitness--- i reckon most people can do it, butttt when you get deathly tired, you cannot even steer the bike on an open straight road....... and the cramps...... faaaaark!!!!!
The route was definitely NOT for novices......
Huge respect to you two Rob's :thumleft: :thumleft:

And to my son--Andries-- JY IS N MAN!!!

To do Enduro is to feel like you felt on your wedding night....... WELL AND TRULY F@CKED!!!!!
If i had to explain you would not understand anyway......
