wrap my bike....anyone with advice?

Id like to redesign Plaasmeisies 'look' and have been looking at having sections Wrapped with matt vinyl with a design printed on it....has anyone done it on the forum...anything i have to beware of..?

Don't the Schlowy boys do wrapping? otherwise I've seen some dudes in Edenvale doing it with cars. Van riebeeck Ave, near Russel Cambell Motorcycles. :thumleft:

the guys i have used for cars in the past , is nearby...apparently there are some parts of the bike you have to be carefull of when you wrap it....heat etc....

fuel can affect the vinyl and might remove the printing so keep them separated  :mwink:

actually fuel spills when filling up had been steadily eating away at the tank's paint job..was hoping to cover the marks also with a wrap...so will have to reconsider ...thanks...

Can look quite nice, depending where you place the material, but as others have already said..watch out for high-heat areas, fuel etc.

A friend of mine is an incredible illustrator and cartoonist....he does things like below.....was thinking of getting him to design something custom ...but will have to find the parameters that you can design and stick on...

We have a company in Joburg that wraps some of our comp vehicles and they guarantee their work for 3 years....Need to get the details from my marketing girl and she is out at the moment....let me know if you are interested and I can get the details for you.

Hi Laurika ek het my XC met matt black ge-wrap, en it is regtig nie so moeilik nie - ek het sommer net 'n gewone haardroėr gebruik.  Die vinyl het ek by Mazey plastics gekoop, - die hele bike het my minder as R140 gekos.

steel gerus die image ...was nog altyd een van my gunstelinge gewees...alhoewel, op die Manga Anime sites, is daar heelwat amazing images wat jy ook sal van hou....free downloads...
