KTM 640 Duke II 2000 model

Hi Guys.

I have moved to the UK and need a bike.

I am looking at buying this bike for every day commuting.
1. It has 35000Km on it. Do I need to worry about upcoming engine rebuild?
2. What should I look out for when I go look at and test ride the bike.
3. Are there any known issues with these bikes??
4. is R28000 a good price for this bike?

It looks like a fun bike for short haul commuting.
