Coming up from KZN to the Free State you obviously go up Van Reenen's on the N3.
Has anyone noticed that overgrown, brittle tarred, narrow road on the left of the Pass when you come near the top?
I've always wondered what it is and if it can be accessed? It's obvious that it's not used at all.
