Cool, forgot about this tread. ;)

I visited an old market/fort here in Saudi the other day. Pretty cool.
Be careful of the words you say.
And keep them soft and sweet.
For you never know from day to day.
Which ones you'll have to eat.

The Nizamiye Mosque, in Mid Rand After Sun Set.
Do not go where the path may lead, go instead where there is no path and leave a trail. (Suzuki GT750, Suzuki 1100 GSX, BMW1100, 1150GSA, 1200GSA)

This old Stone building, out on Katbakkies Pass, surely has made it's way into many photo collections.

Right behind the front Stone Building,.... is this other "half finnished" looking building. I am always very intrigued that there is never any form of "cement" on these Stone Buildings,....just outstanding craftmanship in packing these stones & rock really well & solid :thumleft: :thumleft:

I'm posting from my BIL's computer over the pond so I can't upload photo's yet.

BUT, the last few weeks I've seen buildings and architecture that really impressed. In Peru we visited Macchu Picchu. No matter what anyone says, you cannot prepare yourself for it. If it doesn't impress you, go and report for a drive-through organ donation session.

We also visited the Frank Lloyd Wright house and museum here in Chicago. Now some of you who have a passing interest in things architectural might have heard about him before.

It was an awesome experience standing by his drawing boards and study table.
