Following the workshop that we attended at the Jhb offices of SIKA on how to convert your wheels to tubeless I received the following from Jose Alvarez.  I just added some pics

Herewith the Conversion procedure as discussed:
1. Clean the rim "well" or "inner" area ,using a clean, dry cloth or paper towel soaked with Sika Cleaner 205,making sure you clean into the spoke hole.

2. Take a 19mm round, self adhesive sticker and place the sticker on the spoke nut.

3. Now take a plastic nozzle provided with the Sikaflex 552AT cartridge and cut it so that the inside diameter of the nozzle is 11mm ,so that the cut nozzle fits snugly over the spoke nut.

4. Press the nozzle over the Sticker that has been placed over the spoke nut and push it through so that the sticker wraps over the spoke nut. This is done so that the Sikaflex does not stick to the spoke nut,so that when one tightens the spokes, the Sikaflex does not tear off . Repeat this process until you have done all the spoke nuts, including the valve hole.

5. Now clean the rim "well" or "inner" using Sika Cleaner 205 soaked into a paper towel

6. Leave to dry for at least 15 minutes.

7. Now you are ready to seal the spoke nut heads

8. Take the Sikaflex-552AT  cartridge and pierce open the sealed outlet and screw on  the pre-cut nozzle you used to wrap the sticker around the spoke head.

9. Now insert the cartridge into the cartridge"gun" .You are now ready to fill in the spoke head hole.

10. Place the nozzle directly over the spoke nut and start to pump the Sikaflex-552AT onto the spoke head until it fills the spoke head cavity, while rotating the nozzle clockwise during the filling process.

11. Make sure that you do not leave any pinholes or voids after filling and overlap the Sikaflex by at least 5mm from the edge of the spoke nut cavity.

12. Repeat this process until you seal all the Spoke nut cavities.

13. Do not seal the valve hole with the Sikaflex.

14. Remember you have at least 30 minutes(at 23 degrees Celsius) before the Sikaflex-552AT starts to Skin over.

15. Now mix 1 part of dishwashing liquid to 10 parts of clean water and mix up the solution.

16. Put a disposable glove on your hand of choice and dip your index finger into the soapy solution .

17. Now smooth over the Sikaflex over each sealed Spoke nut to make sure there are no high spots or peaks in the Sikaflex-552AT.

18. Leave the sealed rim to dry for between 5 and 7 days before using the sealed rim .
