jupiter is planning a trip to our valley on 10/11 November 2012.  They would like us (Slumdogs) to join them on this ride.
They will be leaving PE on Saturday 10 Nov for a brunch with us in Hogsback, from there to Thomas river where we will sleep / stay / kuier for the night.  Next day, 11 Nov they leave for PE and we can tag along for a while.

This is an informal get together, so payment is made to, and all arrangements made with, our hosts, who have offered a Package hereunder. You can choose to come along and do your own thing.   The package looks reasonable and I therefore suggest you take the package to make things easier for all.

PACKAGE FOR WILDDOGS ATTENDING

COST : R200-00 per person  

FOR THIS YOU GET:

One night camping(Saturday)
Plenty space for that.  Ablutions facilities cater for 30 sites which work out to approx. 90 people which are fitted with gas geysers, so no problem with hot water.  They are also stocked with toilet paper for the campers.

Saturday evening - Braai Pack
This will consist of 1 x steak, 1 x chop and 1 x wors, 2 x salads (potato and curry peach noodle salads) and a buttered roll.  If you do have special dietary needs, please arrange so with the hosts.
They have a dining hall that can seat 100 people with a large deck that can seat another 100 people with enough chairs and tables.  They suggest that we braai in the braai pit that is under roof and surrounded by clear blinds.
Cutlery and crockery will be provided.
Wood for the braai is also included.

Sunday morning- Breakfast
This will consist of bacon, scrambled eggs and toast and coffee.
This will be served on the buffet table from 07:00.

For those who are leaving early and do not want a brekkie, the cost will be R175-00.

They are fully licensed and have a well stocked pub, they do however suggest that you give them some indication on what you will be drinking so that they do not run out of stock.  Obviously all beverages will be for your own account.
Ice will be provided at no extra cost.
