while out riding in KZN, Snake was not harmed in any way.

Caught this Puffy at a friend's house and released in the bush .Beautiful specimen

It was pretty easy this time. He was quite placid and went in the bucket with no issues. I have the correct tools for catching snakes. We hate it when people kill these beautiful creatures, just because they are scared of them. I catch a number of snakes every summer here in town. Most people now contact us rather than kill them which is what we want.

BLIKSEM!! beautiful! how old is it at that size?

I killed so many rinkhals and puff adder years ago, that I actually feel bad about it now, but our dogs were also killed by them.... balance of life?
