Welcome Woofies. All the best for Monday. Bone type operations are normally made up of 3 aspects. First is the operation itself and this is in 99.99999% of the time a great success. After this it is up to you.  Listen carefully to what the doctor and physio have to say and then do it 100% like they say. Don't be a windie and try and jump the gun. Stick to the time frame of the healing process.  Last but by no means least, keep Right mind set. Be positive. There are many WD here for you to call on.  I am a long way from Cape Town but if I can help in anyway, let me know
I'll second this heal properly once - im a plumber and tried to work through the pain - fourteen years later my wrist is still broken and it still sometimes gives me Gyp.
If your'e going to do something do it with conviction!

Hey Goosey you have a very nice son.   :thumleft:  He is handling this very well and is very upbeat and brave. We ended up having a very lekker chat . He reminds me so much of my one brother who is also a surfer , skates , has his own plumbing business and does art too.

Nice meeting you Woofles , all the best for your op tomorrow / Weddnesday at Victoria  :thumleft: :thumleft:

Some pics as promised

Re re the RAF case it will not be a big claim as the op itself will be done at a Government hospital ,so minimum expenses there. The RAF should pay for the medical expenses at both hospitals , as well as loss of earnings, but they do take long to pay out .

But there are lot of little expenses to be carried now and Woofles is not working at the moment and not being paid as he just started working so if anyone feel they want to help ,this is the account to use :

Please put your name down so the family can thank you. They did receive a donation already ,but it was anonymous , and wish to thank the person/s very much.  :thumleft:

Good luck Woofies.

Just a couple of things...

Glad you didn't get your old man's looks  :thumleft: You're hot!

Secondly, change your forum name to something more manly like Thor, thrasher or J-god.

Good luck again!
