Glad its going better. Time passes and you'll move on, but I know the feeling... had to sleep on my back with a brace on my leg for 8 weeks. Drove me nuts.
can imagine its been rough on me being 1 week so far loads of respect for pulling it through 8 and still getting back on a bike!! it inspires me to do the exact same i tell you!! :ricky:

Woofs thank who ever, you still young 12 weeks tops, it took me 6 months with plaster cast thigh high before it came off my fourth week with out cast walking with a major limp, come hell or high water it will come right, just "VAS BYT"  :thumleft:

any one got advice for sleeping tips? i cant seem to find a comfy way to sleep without the cramping getting worse each time...

Try Some Chelated magnesium. That will help with the cramps. It helped me.

Get some rest and heal up!

Get well soon!

+1

With my tibia (compressed fracture, looong plate, 11 screws, stuffed knee), I was riding after 3 months (and I am 42) - but 3 month after that I still won't chance offroad - your leg has to take too much strain standing, going over obstacles and when your leg is down - and trust me, you don't want to have to go back for them to start all over again - it's not worth it!
Life is tough - get a helmet!

Hy moet luister !
