Occassionally I fetch and cart my sons back and forth to school on my GS1200. One is 6, the other is 3, so they are quite small still, and i dont feel comfortable riding with them on the back, so they sit in front of me on the bike. I know distance isnt an issue, as it still can be dangerous, but the trip is about 600m from home to school.
I had a mention today that one of the parents was totally outraged with this, and mentioned its totally illegal and irresponsible.
My question is, if we both ride with helmets, and I am fully licensed, is it illegal? I am sure on the back it wouldnt be, but I am not sure on the front.
Just difficult as they are already both racing bikes offroad, its kinda in the blood, but I want to know its legal.
