SW Motech has recently secured the agency for Air Hawk cushions. It is basically a cushion that you inflate with air, a few breaths is all it takes. You then fit this cushion onto your saddle, deflate until it feels comfortable, then RIDE..............
It is secured to the saddle with straps that go under the saddle, so it will not fall off when dismounting or standing.
For those with hard saddles this item is essential, your behind will thank you.

They are not cheap, but bear in mind they are hand made, but a whole lot cheaper than an alternative saddle.
