you stop buying filter oil, chain grease, chains, patch-and-solution, lock-tite, aftermarket crash bars, braided hoses, hand guards, sprockets, doo-hickey's, belly plates, luggage systems, gel seat pads, jerry cans, heated grips, power sockets, progressive springs, spotlights ..................

And have you noticed, that most of KTM's have steering dampers fitted?!  ??? Wasn't the KTM "WP"-Suspension suppose to be the best "off road" suspension?!  :deal: :peepwall: Must confess- I had one head shake on my GSA... and yet, not have been thrown of by my bike caused by a head shake . . . .  :pot: like a KTM I know . . .

FYI, the later R1200GS/A is also fitted with WP shocks... go and have a look . . .  :ricky:

you know you're a 1200GS owner when you become concerned that your paycheck might not cover the next service cost................  and you also try and stretch the service to ensure you combine it with the annual to save the other half of next month's salary..... :peepwall:

Both use Brembos, so daai stelling tel nie oom  :biggrin:
