Krazy, I'll come to your rescue. I have a photo of you going straight thru a big mud hole!!!! If I can just figure out how to post them..........

resize your pics before posting (if they are big in size). try and get them down to about 100-200kb and about 650pixels wide (most photo editing software that comes with a camera has this function).

then:
1. go to http://www.imageshack.us/
2. click on browse (and search for the pic on your pc)
3. accept by saying "open" and then click on "host it"
4. a new page will then load. this takes a while depending on the photo size.
5. on the bottom right it says "hotlink to forums 1". highlight the text in the data field next to it, and copy it.
6. finaly, paste the copied text into the forum reply page, and click on submit.

it sounds complex but is easy as pie once you've done it.

now, where's that evidence of me going throught the mudpit ?!

Did you get the Husky?

(Sorry don't quite know how to spell Husqvarna - this looks right  :? )

Our next trip should be with the smaller bikes - lets say max 650cc

that pic makes me think the preload on my shocks is a bit soft, waddaya think ?

why would one get a husaberg as opposed to one of the more common brands like yamaha, honda, suzuki etc?
is it cheaper...., or faster....., or more reliable?
where is it manufactured, and how much does it cost?

.....just wondering, nice bike though   .

Hi all
This is my report
Its impossible to do DD's report.
So ill just do the pics and some words.
Day 1
At home, clean no duct tape and unstable load.

Meeting the Gang

Still trying to fix the bag issue

We got to a turn off the topo map said there is a road to Longtom pass and well we tried., This was a nice incline with water at the start. Excalibur looked like he almost lost it at the end.

btw here lives a twatwaffle

Day 2
ONTBYT in Pelgrims

FUN started

Krazy-eys and DD getting a sniff of the AlfieCox Sindrome

What a view this road stoped near at Cristal Springs

Then team one did Kaspersnek (on the map for the new SA its called
Caspersnek

What makes a Adventure rider this happy LOTS OF DIRT AND RIDING.
The misses said It looked liked I did find the Swedish Netbal team.

Day 3
On our way to Marieps Kop

THE LEGEND

Does any one know who this person is (Plack on Marieps Kop)

What a view

The BE FREE POSTER "Wait BMW Adventure will call and maby post a adventure in the image :D

The team gets more smaller as Leo and Excaliber's heads to Pelgrims

Now were only 4 on our way to next campsite

Day 4
This is were I got real tired and were 3

DD with ALFIE COX in his BLOOD Followed by the UFUDO man.

Its tru that the cradle of man is in these area's we found some rockart maby by a Boesman ages ago.

Then off to Kaapsmaiden and the best of best dirt roads to Barbeton
We need to have a weekend here its just so far away.

And it was steep, I'm standing still and taking the picture uphill and down hill (Both DD and UFUDO making it look so easy.

At the top of a little koppie we had our last goodbay to RA

Next camp site

Last day
What fun it was cold wet the perfect farewell gift

IT was greate
The feeling of freedom was in the air
Here is just a hint of whst we have done.

Nobody can be exactly like me. Sometimes even I have trouble doing it.

Another of Krazy crossing a river...

The pack horse. Someone had to get the firewood, blitz, beer, beer, beer, breadrolls and meat and lots of other stuff back to the campsite.

All one needs to get away.

Cool action pic of the Ledgend (Gideon) with Double D in the backround.

Langman on top the world.

Sharky asked a while ago what is the best form of 'heat' to pack whilst out riding. This could work in the New ZA.

Digital Dan in action.

Gideon contemplating "the angle of the dangle" or how much time left till sunset.

Awaiting the sunset.

A cool pic of the long awaited sunset.

Digital Dan in action again.

When on a trip, we have learnt to always be positive. Our time spent exploring is so limited that it does not help to complain. That is why this next pic is of a LEEEKKER kak muddy road!

A lekker dirty weekend.

Lesson 37B. When stopped on a downhill it is advisable to engage first gear before putting the sidestand out and disembarking....

Back at the begining. I really had a great time. Excellent riding, wonderful scenery and a really great bunch of guys!!
