weighing in at a meagre 74kg's, i doubt that is the problem  :?

So maybe that is the big pigs problem too, at my sveldte 125kg,s maybe its not the preload either?

That's some killer pics ! Memorable trip in deed. Krazy you can make a poster of that river crossing ansd hang it on your wall, great shot ! I also realised the DRZ is a really small bike. I'm not a big oke at all (1.72m) but it looks so small underneath me !

Totally awesome report and pics! Too many!

Like the following pics from Ufudo:

"All one needs to get away"
"Awaiting the sunset"

Also, Krazy's water crossing. Agree with DD. Must get on the wall!

that pic makes me think the preload on my shocks is a bit soft, waddaya think ?

.....just wondering, nice bike though   .

If it didn't bother you on the crossing and rest of trip ( I am sure there was stages where there was some "dips" where the bike would bottom out if it was to soft), I should think is was fine.

My opinion. Not an expert.

I've learned that the way though the middle is more often than not the safer bet than going around it. More compacted and harder in the water than the "loose mud" on the sides.

Must say that the exist looks all to familiar to me!   Lost it in the same kind of exit believing I've made it and gunned the throttle too much and a bit too early after doing the "hard" work of surving the "serious" stuff!

Hi guys, Great report.

Do any of you have route names or waypoints for the section between Bronkhorstspruit and Loskop dam?

Me and a bud are planning a short trip this weekend.

Much appreciated.
May the bridges I burn light the way...
