Zanzibar turned into a biker's pub!
« on: October 20, 2007, 05:55:23 am »
This is probably the shortest ride report you will EVER read!  ;) The ride was just about 500mm long!

I have some KTM Hooligan friends :o......I was called at lunchtime to help "kick-off" the rugby world cup fever as some of my friends were in Caledon for a Friday afternoon drink.  After a dop of twee in town, we moved to my personal bar, Zanzibar, on my farm.

Much later, with the consert (and "aansporing") of Mrs Uil (who obviously wants the place tiled!) a KTM 950 with Bossons was put to the burnout test INSIDE Zanzibar!

The fun is about to start.....check Mrs Uil holding her ears, a KTM can backfire VERY WELL!  Katoom, with helmet on for safety (ATTGAT always!) looks on!

and off she goes....

....and around she goes.....

...and more.....

Finished product!

Agree.

Come to think of it, what a waste of good tyre.

Should have waited until AFTER you have tiled and then do the burnout!

It would be a sacrilege is cover this wonderful piece of art work,Zanzibar would loose all its biking selfworth, and it would be an atrosity to the burn out art world, if this masterpiece was lost under tiles.  ;D

Soos jy kon agterkom, was dit JOEROCKET, new member.

You have touched us and left us better for having known you - even if it was only briefly.

For grabbing the moment and living the day It's been way too early that you were taken away
