Honda dissapoints

After a accidents in the Karoo with my AT and damaging my tupperware quite nicely I tried getting the motorcycle fixed at Honda!!!. With the AT not being a grey or parelel import  they had no no problem in fixing the bike. The biggest problem is getting parts beleive it or not. Honda said they will have to import from Japan and this will take 1 month and 1 week to be exact. This is very dissapointing and service one could expect from some backyard 2nd hand dealer with no stock and not a big company like Honda.
